The Rules

Simple, Fair, Transparent

Submit the driver through the referral form with their name, email, and phone.
You confirm the driver has agreed to be contacted by CDL Transportation Group.
Admin reviews and moves the referral through each stage: contacted, documents, insurance, orientation.
If the driver is rejected, you see the reason in your status page.
When the driver starts, the 30-day clock begins. On day 30 the referral is marked payout-eligible.
Payout is released once the admin confirms and marks the referral paid.

How does the CDL Transportation Group driver referral program work?

Submit the CDL driver's name, email, and phone through the referral form. We review and move the referral through stages: contacted, application, documents, insurance, and orientation. How much do I earn for referring a CDL driver?

You earn $500 USD per qualifying hire — a referred CDL driver who is hired through CDL Transportation Group and completes 30 consecutive days of paid work.

When and how do I get paid for a driver referral?

Payment is issued within 30 days of the referral being marked "30 Days Completed." CDL Transportation Group pays by Zelle, ACH, or another designated method. A W-9 is required if your total payouts exceed $600 in a calendar year, if paid to an individual, rather than an LLC or Corp.

How can I track my driver referral status?

Visit the status tracker and enter the email or phone number you used when submitting. You'll see a full timeline showing every stage the driver has reached, plus any notes shared by the CDL Transportation Group team.

Who can refer drivers?

Anyone 18 or older who can legally receive payment in the United States. You may not refer yourself, an immediate family member in your household, or a driver already in CDL Transportation Group's recruiting pipeline.
